


In 2010, we were approached by a new a client with the idea of selling authentic of duck from South-West France, there was no brand, no listing… simply a product.
It was clear from the outset, the idea was a premium proposition and everything about the brand had to communicate this.
We set out to create a unique brand and associated identity; something to pique the foodie target market. Once established, we focused on packaging, exploring a range of territories from rustic French to super chic.The result has been a success with listings in a range of upmarket delis and butchers London. In the first year of trading, the brand launched nationally in Harvey Nichols and won a great taste award from the Guild of Fine Food!
